If I see someone on a man powered chariot I'm going to take extra time to beat the living shit out of them. Also the point of a chariot is to gain an advantage of speed I think which is lost when you have a person(s) pulling it.

But it is legal?
That's what I'm wondering, not the effectiveness.
(And it could make a group of Archers mobile, without taking a huge blow to their accuracy)

If you want to know if it is legal then you'd have to ask this on the national Dag boards. But I'm guessing that Rule Zero would deem it illegal for being too unsafe.
